The rating of teams shall be determined by the percentage method: the number of games won divided by the number of games played. Ties in team ratings shall be decided by:
  1. Most Wins -- (ex. 10-10 higher than 9-9, etc.)
  2. Power points -- this will be determined by wins (LL=4 points, L-3 points, M-2 points, S-1 point)
    # points divided by total number of games.
  3. By lot with options -- a) head-to-head; b) most number of wins in the highest classification; c) by lot.
