LESSONS FROM THE SIDELINES
A collection of stories from former coaches who became school administrators

Connecticut is rich in athletics and education and viewed as progressive in both areas. This balanced culture has led many coaches to become school administrators. Many see the transition of skill set from how coaches coach to how school/district administrators lead. As coaches, we have had a variety of experiences which have framed our thinking and influenced their practices in life and as leaders.

We are looking to publish an anthology of these experiences called, "Lessons from the Sidelines." We're looking for stories from current or former coach-administrators. We want to make it easy for individuals to contribute. If interested, please click on the link below and provide us with some basic information. We will follow up with a phone call or email.
