School Entered Directions DIRECTIONS TO BACON ACADEMY VARSITY PLAYS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL (RTE 395 TO RTE 2 (EXIT 21) LEFT AT END OF RAMP BACON ACADEMY IS ½ MILE ON THE RIGHT. GAMES PLAYED AT THE HIGH SCHOOL: Football BASEBALL SOFTBALL TRACK TENNIS SOCCER VOLLEYBALL BASKETBALL Wrestling LACROSSE Cross Country is run at William J Johnston Middle School located at 360 Norwich Ave, Colchester, CT 06415. Turn right out of Bacon Academy and WJJMS is 8/10 of a mile on your left. In WJJMS parking lot, go around the right side of the building if you were facing it. You will find the start and the finish line. DIRECTIONS TO MCCARTHY FIELDS AND CHANTICLAIR GOLF COURSE. RTE 395 TO RTE 2. EXIT 18 TAKE A RIGHT. AT SECOND STOP LIGHT GO LEFT. NEXT STOP LIGHT BARE LEFT. GO STRAIGHT TOWARDS THE FORK IN THE ROAD. GO RIGHT ONTO OLD HEBRON RD.ABOUT ½ MILE BALL FIELDS ON THE LEFT AND THE GOLF COURSE IS ON THE RIGHT. THE FOLLOWING SPORTS ARE PLAYED THERE: JV BASEBALL GOLF LACROSSE See schedule - games are played at Bacon Academy and at Colchester Rec. Dept. Field R8. Directions to Colchester Rec. Dept. Field R8 Rt. 2 east bound exit 17. Take a left off the exit ramp, take a right on Old Hartford RD. Field is on left 1/2 mile behind town garage. Directions from Bacon Academy to R-6 JV Girl’s Softball Field(McCarthy Field) When leaving the Bacon Academy driveway, take a right onto Norwich Ave. and travel 1.6 miles to the end of the street. Turn right onto Main St. and travel .2 miles at 2nd stop light bear slightly left onto Broadway St. (Main St becomes Broadway St.) Travel another .3 miles and bear right (behind the fire station) onto Hebron Rd./Old Hebron Rd.
