DIRECTIONS TO NATHAN HALE-RAY MIDDLE SCHOOL 73 CLARK GATES ROAD MOODUS, CT 06469 (860) 873-5081 From the North (Springfield Area) - Take I-91 South to Exit 30 (Route 84E) - Take 84E to Exit 35 (Route 2) - Take Exit 16 off of Route 2 (Moodus/Westchester) - At the bottom of the ramp, bear right onto Route 149 - Follow Route 149 into Moodus (you will cross Route 16 in Westchester) for approximately 6 miles - Take a right onto Andrews Road - At fork, bear left onto Clark Gates Road - The driveway to NHRMS is approximately 1/8 mile on the right From the East (Boston/Providence) - Take either I-90 or I-95 to I-395 - Take I-395 to Exit 82 in Norwich (look for signs for Routes 2 and 32) - Follow signs directing you toward Hartford/Colchester - Take Route 2 to Colchester - Take Exit 18 off Route 2 - At the end of the ramp, bear left onto Route 16 - Follow Route 16 until the junction with Route 149 - Take a left onto Route 149 - Follow Route 149 into Moodus for approximately 3 miles - Take a right onto Andrews Road - At fork, bear left onto Clark Gates Road - The driveway to NHRMS is approximately 1/8 mile on the right From the West (Danbury Area) - Follow Route 72 out of New Britain toward Middletown - Head South on Route 9 - Take Exit 7 off Route 9 (it’s the Gillette Castle exit) - At the end of the exit, take a left onto Route 154 - At the first traffic light, take a right onto Route 82 to East Haddam - Follow Route 82 across the Connecticut River at the Goodspeed Opera House - Stay on Route 82 until it connects to Route 151 - Take a left onto Route 151 (Town Tavern Restaurant will be on left) - At the junction of Routes 151 and 149, take a right onto Route 149 - Take a left at the blinking light onto North Moodus Road - At first stop sign, take a right onto Clark Gates Road - The driveway to NHRMS is approximately 1/2 mile on the left From the Southeast (New London) or Southwest (Fairfield County) - Take I-95 to Route 9 North - Take Exit 7 off Route 9 (it’s the Gillette Castle exit) - At the end of the exit, take a left onto Route 154 - At the first traffic light, take a right onto Route 82 to East Haddam - Follow Route 82 across the Connecticut River at the Goodspeed Opera House - Stay on Route 82 until it connects to Route 151 - Take a left onto Route 151 (Town Tavern Restaurant will be on left - At the junction of Routes 151 and 149, take a right onto Route 149 - Take a left at the blinking light onto North Moodus Road - At first stop sign, take a right onto Clark Gates Road - The driveway to NHRMS is approximately 1/2 mile on the left |
