School Entered Directions NORTH HAVEN ATHLETIC COMPLEX (Including Robert DeMayo Baseball field) - 222 MAPLE AVENUE - (OLD HIGH SCHOOL LOCATION.) *Field Hockey, Softball, Lacrosse, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis I-91 NORTH - take exit 9 - MONTOWESE AVENUE At end of ramp take a right onto Montowese Avenue go to light and take a left onto RT 103 (Quinnipiac Ave) follow north through one light (Sacket Pt Rd) becomes Maple Avenue at the next light (blinking) take a left into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. I-91 SOUTH - take exit 12 (Washington Ave) Turn L onto RT 5 So. continue on RT 5 around the Town Green (turns into Maple Ave). Go through the next traffic light and at the next light (blinking light) take a right into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. RT 15 - South - Take the Bishop St Exit (63) turn L at the end of the ramp onto Hartford Tpke. Follow through two traffic lights and at the third light take a left onto Dixwell Ave . At the next light take a left onto the connector. Take the Bailey Rd Exit off the connector- when you get off Bailey Rd exit you are on Bailey Rd go to the end of Bailey Rd and take a right onto Maple Ave follow through one light and at the next light (blinking) take a right into the driveway fo the North Haven Athletic Complex. RT 15 - NORTH Take the Dixwell Ave Exit (62). Take a left at the end of the ramp. Follow to the third traffic light and take a L onto the connector. Take the Bailey Rd exit off the connector and you are on Bailey Rd. Follow all the way to the end of Bailey Rd at the end take a right onto Maple Ave. Follow through one light and at the blinking light take a right into the driveway of the North Haven Sports Complex. MEMORIAL SOCCER FIELD FROM I 91 NORTH: TO MEMORIAL FIELD: Take exit 11 (Route 22) at the end of the exit ramp go right for approximately 150 yards. Turn right at the light onto Washington Ave. Go one block and turn right at the light onto Broadway. Go 1-½ blocks, thru the light; turn right just after the cleaners and before the gas station. The Field and parking is directly in front of you. FROM 1 91 SOUTH: TO MEMORIAL FIELD: Take exit 12 (Washington Ave). Turn left at the end of the ramp on to Washington Ave. After 6 traffic lights turn right onto Broadway. Go 1-½ blocks, thru the light and turn right after the cleaners and before the gas station. The soccer field and parking are in front of you. NORTH HAVEN MIDDLE SCHOOL, 55 BAILEY RD, (Vanacore Football Stadium and Trac *FR/JV/V Football, Specified Lacrosse Night games, Outdoor Track. I91 North towards Hartford Take exit 11, go straight off the ramp and turn right at the first light (Washington Ave) - go through the next light * past the town green (do not go around the green) continue straight onto Shawmut Ave (a small island on your left).-go to the end of Shawmut Ave take a right onto Bailey Rd and a quick left into driveway of the Middle School. BAILEY RD FIELD IS ON BAILEY RD ON THE LEFT BEFORE YOU TURN INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF THE MIDDLE SCHOOL - COMING FROM MAPLE AVE - ON THE RIGHT COMING FROM THE RT 40 CONNECTOR. I91 South TOWARDS NEW HAVEN Take Exit 12, Washington Ave, At end of ramp turn left go to the sixth stop light - town green will be on your left follow from * above. Wilbur Cross-North - take Exit 62 at end of ramp take a left. Go to the third light & take a left onto the RT 40 connector. get off Bailey Rd exit go through one light and take the next right into the driveway of the Middle School. Wilbur Cross - South - Take exit 63 (Bishop St) at the end of ramp (light) take a left - go to the third light and take a left onto Dixwell Ave follow to the next light and take another left onto the ramp for RT 40 connector. Get off on Bailey Rd - when you get off you are on Bailey Rd go through one light and take your next right into the driveway of the Middle School. *Volleyball, Basketball, Fencing NORTH HAVEN HIGH SCHOOL 221 ELM STREET I-91 North - take exit 11 - North Haven - at end of ramp go right onto RT 22 follow to light and take a right onto Washington Ave, go to next light and take a right onto Broadway , go to next light and take a left onto Elm Street follow through one light school is 1/4 block on the left. I-91 South - take exit 12 - Washington Ave - at end of ramp go left onto Washington Ave (RT 5) follow RT 5 to the town green and take a right at light onto Broadway (still RT 5) go to next light and take a left onto Elm Street follow through one light school is 1/4 block on the left. RT 15 South - take exit 63 Bishop Street at end of ramp take a left. Follow to the third light and take a left, then take another left at next light onto RT 40 connector and get off at Bailey Rd - you will be on Bailey Road - take a right at light onto Elm Street - the school is about 1/4 mile on your left. RT 15 North - take exit 62 - Dixwell Ave at end of ramp take a left onto Dixwell Ave go to the third light and take a left onto RT 40 connector and get off at Bailey Rd - you will be on Bailey Road - take a right at light onto Elm Street - the school is about 1/4 mile on your left. NORTH HAVEN POOL - WALTER GAWRYCH POOL - 7 ELM ST. *Swimming I 91 TO EXIT 11 . bear right onto RT 22 to the next light then take a right onto Washington Ave to the next light take a right onto Broadway to the next light and take a left onto Elm Street follow for about a block and a quarter pool is on your left across from a cemetary (fenced in parking lot). RT 15 N- Parkway - Take Exit 63 - Bishop Street. At end of ramp take a right onto Bishop go to light and take a right onto State St, * follow to stop sign and take a left onto Broadway follow to next light and take a right onto Elm Street pool is a block and a 1/4 down on the left across from a cemetary (fenced in parking lot). RT 15 S - Tale exit 63 - Bishop St. At end of ramp take left and at next light take a left go to second light and take a right *follow as above. NORTHFORD ICE PAVILION, 24 Firelite Place, Northford *Ice Hockey 91 N - take exit 11 turn right at end of ramp onto RT 22 cross RT 5 on RT 22 East - *stay on RT 22 East for 2.7 miles. The rink is on the left side of the Rd across the street from the firelite factory. (or on the same side on Firelite Place) 91 S - take exit 12 turn left at the end of ramp onto RT 5 South. Stay on RT 5 S for 1 mile. Turn left at the light onto RT 22 East *follow as above. BOYS' & GIRLS' CROSS COUNTRY WHARTON BROOK STATE PARK, RT 5, WALLINGFORD From I-91 (north or south): take Exit 13. Take a left at the end of the long exit ramp onto Route 5 south. Park entrance is a tenth of a mile on the left. GATEWAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE - 88 BASSETT ROAD SOUTH ON I-91 TOWARDS NEW HAVEN Take Exit 12 (Washington Avenue). At the end of the ramp there will be a stop light. Turn left onto Washington Avenue. Follow to second traffic light and take a left onto Blakeslee Avenue. Follow all the way to the end and take a left onto Bassett Road go about .3 of a mile to Gateway Community College turn right into the College and follow driveway around to the tennis courts and fields in back parking lot is on the left. NORTH ON I-91 TOWARDS HARTFORD Take exit 11 (North Haven Exit) Bear right at the end of the ramp onto RT 22 go through two stop lights and at the third traffic light * take a left onto Bassett Road follow Bassett Road for .4 of mile you will see Gateway College on your right take the driveway into Gateway and follow around back to the tennis courts and fields. Parking lot is on t your left. FROM WILBUR CROSS - NORTH Take exit 63 - Bishop Street. At the end of the ramp take a right. Follow Rt 22 to the fourth stop light * follow as above. FROM WILBUR CROSS - SOUTH Take exit 63 - Bishop Street. At the end of the ramp take a left . At the next stop light (Rt 22) go left. At the fourth stop light *follow as above. GROVER WYMAN FIELD NORTH & SOUTH ON I-91 (EXIT 12- Washington Ave Exit) AT THE END OF THE RAMP TAKE A LEFT ONTO WASHINGTON AVE. GO TO SECOND LIGHT AND TAKE A LEFT ONTO BLAKESLEE AVE *(on corner there is a CVS & D'Angelos) go about 500 feet on the left there will be an entrance into the Field (fenced in). NORTH ON I 91 TAKE Exit 11 (North Haven) take a right off ramp at light onto RT 5 take a left go to 3rd light take a right onto Blakeslee Ave (*same as above). MS Softball Green Acres Elem School Take RT 15 Parkway North exit 63 at end of ramp take right to next light then take left onto **Upper State Street for at least 1 mile to Green Acres Elem School school it is around a bend on the right side. Field is in the back. South take exit 63 at end of ramp take a left onto Hartford Turnpke go to next light and take another left onto Bishop Street go to the second light and take another left **onto Upper State Street as above. 91 North take exit 11 - North Haven At end of ramp take a left onto RT 22 go to light -Upper State Street and take a right follow ** as above |
