Minutes
October 28, 2004
In attendance were: Vaughn Ramseur, Barbara Ripa, Joyce St. Germaine, Tori Savage and Earle Bidwell
1.0 We are pleased to welcome Tori Savage to the committee. Tori is an artist by training and, prior to raising a family, was a member of the support staff at CAS.
2.0 Meg Shea has indicated that two art teachers of her acquaintance will be joining the committee in the near future.
3.0 Letters have been mailed to artists from the last two years inviting their participation. In addition, they have been asked for recommendations of colleagues who might participate this year.
4.0 Meg Shea is nearing completion on a display for the CAS office to elicit interest.
5.0 The bulk of the meeting time was spent inventorying and packing the art supplies and equipment that are stored in the basement.
The next meeting of the committee will be December 14, 2004
