High School Robotics Workshop Registration Open
Might your school be interested in one of most exciting student activities for 21st century learners? The Connecticut Association of Schools Activities Conference is very pleased to offer a workshop on Robotics for interested high schools. Our presenter is Connecticut First, who, for several years has been in a partnership with leaders in business and technology from several companies in Connecticut, sponsoring robotics programs.
The goal is to inspire young scientists to have opportunities for "hands-on" learning with mentoring support by real-life practitioners in the sciences. Students work in teams with adult mentors to design, build and program robots. Season culminating events allow teams to test their robots and perform in a variety of settings. This session will provide interested high schools with everything that you'll need to know about a robotics program. Refreshments will be served.
