High School Arts Award Banquet Registration Online
The Outstanding Arts Awards Banquet, for seniors who excel in either the performing or visual arts will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012 at 6 P.M. at the Aqua Turf Club in Plantsville (Southington).
We are pleased that Jostens has continued their sponsorship of this very successful program.
The Connecticut High School Arts Awards honor two outstanding seniors from each of the CAS member high schools who excel in the performing or visual arts, i.e. art, dance, drama, or music. Excelling in the performing or visual arts is of primary importance in the selection.
The honorees will receive plaques for excellence and distinguished service to their schools, and they will be treated to dinner as guests of CAS and Jostens.

Registration for the banquet is currently online, and only those registered in advance will be admitted to the banquet. To register, please visit the Member School area of the CAS website at www.casciac.org. Click on Member Login and enter your school Number and Login ID (this information is on your membership card). Once you have successfully logged in, select "View/Edit HS Arts Banquet Reservation Form" from the list of options, fill in the required information and hit "Submit". Once you have hit "Submit", you will receive an immediate email response to confirm your reservation was submitted properly. Your confirmation will also serve as your invoice. Please forward your payment in the form of one school/district check to CAS, along with a copy of your confirmation/invoice to ensure that the proper school is credited. The cost is $38.00 per person, excluding the honorees who will be treated as guests of CAS and Jostens.
School personnel and family members are invited to attend this celebration. Each school may reserve tables of up to 10 (maximum) for its honorees and others attending. The deadline for registering online for this banquet is March 9, 2012.
