Registration Open For Honor Society State Conference

Online registration is open for the 14th Annual National Honor Society Conference on May 21st for middle and high school chapters.

This year's theme will focus on what chapter members can do to reduce bullying and mean spirited behaviors throughout the school community

This is an opportunity for High School and Middle School National Honor Society Members, Faculty Council Members, and Honor Society Advisors to come together to create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service locally and statewide, enhance and promote leadership skills and focus on student member Character development.

The Conference will be held at the Rocky Hill Marriott from 7:30 am - 1:30 pm, and will engage students in discussion and also formalize anti-bullying programs that can be implemented on the secondary school level to reduce bullying. Ms. Logan West, Miss Connecticut’s Outstanding Teen will be the keynote speaker and will focus her remarks on “Empowering Children Today to Prevent Bullying Tomorrow”.

Registration is available online at www.casciac.org/register. Registration deadline is April 30, 2012.
