CIAC NETWORK TO KICK OFF WITH 2012 SPRING TOURNAMENTSThe CIAC Network will kick off its coverage with live streaming of the track and field, baseball, softball, boys volleyball and lacrosse spring championships beginning Tuesday, May 29 at www.CIAC.tv. "The CIAC is thrilled to launch our partnership with PlayOn! Sports with our exciting spring tournament events," said CIAC Executive Director Karissa Niehoff, Ed.D. "CIAC.tv will provide fans throughout Connecticut and beyond with unprecedented access to our tournaments and championships."The CIAC Network is a partnership between the CIAC and PlayOn! Sports that was announced earlier this year. The partnership will feature live and on-demand coverage of high school sports in Connecticut across television and the Internet. The CIAC.tv video portal is one component of the partnership and gives fans access, at no charge, to a wide variety of events.
