Student Voices Video Contest - Looking For Volunteer Judges!

We are very pleased to announce that there are wonderful submissions to our Student Voices Video Contest. We now need volunteers to help us judge the entries. We would like to develop two teams of two superintendents, two principals, two teachers, and two students on each team. One team would judge the middle school entries and the other team would judge the high school entries.

Judges will be able to view the videos on the website (no meetings!). Once you have viewed and rated the videos, you will send, via email, your rankings. Based on your scores, we will determine who the semi-finalists are in each category. Once announced, they will start their campaign to engage the public in voting to support their video. Your scores, combined with the public voting will determine the winners in each category.

If you are interested in serving as a judge, please let Janet Garagliano know (jgaragliano@capss.org) by April 29, and she will send more information (including the rubrics) to you. Judges have from 5/6 – 5/13 to vote. We thank you in advance for your consideration.
