Registration Open For High School Student Leadership Summer Conference
CAS-CIAC has joined with the state associations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine to offer a summer Student Leadership Conference, July 16-19, 2013 at Stonehill College in N. Easton, MA. This conference is a four-day, residential leadership event for over 300 students and adult leaders who participate in interscholastic athletics and activity programs through their state high school athletics/activities association.
The goal of the New England Student Leadership Conference is to assist high school student athletes and student leaders in developing their leadership skills while interacting with peers from across New England. It will be a great opportunity to make new friends and to enhance your skills as a team captain, a class officer, a member of the student council or any other leadership position in your school, or community.
Connecticut has reserved sixty (60) spaces for this unique opportunity. The cost of the 2013 program will be $220, which includes registration, housing, meals, bus transportation to and from Stonehill College, and all conference programs and activities. A sixty ($60) dollar refundable room key deposit will also be required.
