Qualifications: • Appropriate CT Certification Required (013) or other elementary certification with K-5 grades; • Experience in multiple elementary grade levels preferred; • Strong commitment to a student-centered approach to coaching; • Demonstrated understanding of mathematical pedagogy; • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and establish trusting relationships with teachers and administrators at both the school and district level; • Evidence of success with academically at-risk students; • Ability to analyze data and use student work to inform practice and differentiation; • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; • Proficient in technology, including distance learning tools, Google Sheets, NWEA, and EduClimber; and • Experience in the design and implementation of professional development for teachers and parents in curriculum, instruction and assessment.
