Strategies for Making Challenging Decisions - A Principal's Daily Dilemma
This workshop series will explore ethical decision-making practices and frameworks that support principals in their leadership roles. Participants will engage in case study reviews and decision-making exercises, examine strategies for navigating decisions in today’s politically charged environment, and have the opportunity to receive support and feedback on real decision-making challenges from their own schools. Please note that there may be some brief reading preparation prior to the first session. This workshop series is free for CAS member school personnel; a $150 registration fee applies for non-members.
