SAT Social Studies Workshop
The presentation will begin with a quick overview of the SAT® and PSAT/NMSQT® score scales, Benchmarks, and the cross-test scores in History and Social Studies. We will be delving into the primary source document and social studies non-fiction passage found in each version of the test and think about ways to incorporate these elements into classroom instruction. We will also review new e-learning modules and other curriculum resources to help schools and districts get the most out of the College Board Suite of Assessments. We will build in some collaboration time to give participants an opportunity to develop strategies for next steps with other attendees in the workshop.- Those invited are social studies teachers, department heads and curriculum leaders.- Please enter school/district contact information only. No personal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.- Registration questions, please contact Noreen Liberopoulos at email@example.com.
